How Alza Bot Premium is delivered — digitally, instantly and automatically.

Digital services only

Alza Bot sells digital services only. There are no physical products, so nothing is shipped to an address. When you purchase an Alza Bot Premium plan, the delivered item is the activation of the plan's features and limits on your Discord server.

Expected delivery time

Activation is instant: it happens automatically within minutes of Paymob confirming the payment. In rare cases (payment review or temporary outages) it can take up to 24 hours.

How activation works

1Choose your server and plan on the Premium page and pay with Paymob (Visa / Mastercard).
2Paymob confirms the payment through a secure, verified webhook.
3The plan is applied to your server automatically — no manual steps needed.
4You can immediately use the upgraded limits and features on your server.

If activation is delayed

If your plan is still not active after 24 hours, first check that the payment shows as successful in Paymob. Then contact us at mohamed.jciid2021@gmail.com or open a ticket in our Discord support server (https://discord.gg/alza) with your server ID and order ID. We resolve activation issues within 48 hours — or issue a full refund per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Requirements for activation

The buyer must have the Manage Server permission on the target server.
The Alza Bot must be a member of the target server.
Legendary plan: for server identity (custom name and avatar on messages), the bot also needs the Manage Webhooks permission.
