Your privacy matters to us. This page explains how Alza Bot handles and protects your data.
Last updated: July 2026
Alza Bot collects data necessary to provide its features, including Discord user IDs, server (guild) IDs, usernames, and message content strictly related to bot commands. We also store data such as currency balances, cards, teams, and statistics that you create while using the bot.
Your data is used solely to operate bot features such as the economy system, tournaments, moderation, welcome messages, invites tracking, and leveling. We never sell your data or use it for advertising purposes.
All data is stored securely in a MongoDB database with automatic backups. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
We do not share your personal data with third parties. Data may only be processed by trusted infrastructure providers required to run the bot, and only to the extent necessary to provide the service.
You may request the deletion of your data at any time. Removing the bot from your server will stop new data collection, and you can contact our support team to permanently delete stored information associated with you or your server.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how your data is handled, please reach out to us through our official Discord support server.
